We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. This position is not a call center job. What You’ll Do:
• Primarily respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing clear, professional, and timely solutions.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing issues and questions with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain high performance standards by achieving goals and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in written form, ensuring that each email response reflects the company’s values and professionalism.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining the highest standard of service.
• Work in a supportive, collaborative team environment that fosters growth and development.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, with a particular focus on email communication.
• High School diploma required; University degree is a bonus.
• Strong written communication skills—you can articulate yourself clearly and professionally in email correspondence.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on providing outstanding service.
• Quick to learn new software and systems, with strong technical aptitude.
• Goal-oriented and able to meet performance targets.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other office tools.
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Salary:
USD $750/month + Incentives
